Cow Palace Ecstasy Drug Sting
I have had several cases recently where my client was involved in this ongoing sting operation at the Cow Palace. In one case, my client was charged with a felony for buy a very small amount of the drug. The public Defender offered him no solution but to take the plea bargain the Prosecutor offered, now he has a felony record.
If you have been charged in this sting operation, even if you have already received your sentence, contact me. In one client's case, we are working on having it reduced to a misdemeanor and possibly expunged from his record. Getting a job these days with a felony record is not likely.
Don't rely on the Public Defender, they are overworked. You need a private defender. Ask your family for the money if you don't have it, get a loan, get an advance on your credit card, whatever you have to do, do it. This is your entire future, get an experienced lawyer to guide you through it.
